For SUSAS 2025, the Putuo Satellite Exhibition uses “Quantum Pulse” to symbolize the pervasive energy of innovation and the infinite possibilities in regional development, while “Art Vitalizes Putuo” expresses the vision of enriching urban life through artistic empowerment.

The IP character “PU Ling (Putuo Elf)”, inspired by the concept of quantum entanglement, presents diverse artistic expressions across six chapters—Digital Achievements, Strategic Planning, Vibrant Putuo, Beautiful Communities, Mobile Lifestyle, and Artistic Creation—through the fascinating combination and transformation of particles. Guiding visitors through the exhibition, PU Ling offers a fantastical journey where technology and art converge seamlessly.
